Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Middletown, Virginia is seeking an Operator II, Manufacturing, for the second shift (afternoons). You will perform production tasks in a Medical Device regulated environment, including filling, labeling, assembly, and packaging, following approved procedures to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to read procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field.
• Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform filling, labeling, assembly, packaging, and other manufacturing operations according to approved written procedures and production requirements.
• Complete production documentation accurately and follow established quality, safety, cleanliness, and cGMP requirements.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, identify and communicate production or quality issues, and work collaboratively to achieve daily production goals.
