• Experience with experimental workflows and data management is preferred.
• Familiarity with statistical methods and scientific writing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan approach to experiments in lab and/or field based on scientific theory.
• Independently conduct experiments and maintain detailed records.
• Apply scientific methods to interpret results and suggest procedure improvements.
• Review literature to stay current and apply learnings to research.
• Contribute to publication of findings and assist with reports and proposals.
• Maintain lab stock and safety records; provide general lab support.
• Assist with orientation and training of new staff or students.
