Job summary

British Swim School in Columbus is hiring part-time swim instructors to teach children and adults using our proven curriculum. You’ll greet families, assist with scheduling, and help manage pool deck operations while delivering safe, engaging lessons.

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and keeping them safe.
• Reliable, upbeat, and comfortable in the water.
• Experience in customer service, education, coaching, or childcare is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Must complete paid swim instructor training.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons to children and adults using our curriculum.
• Greet families, check in, schedule, and assist with pool deck operations.
• Keep students engaged and progressing in the water.
• Support a positive, team-oriented pool environment.
