British Swim School - South Orlando is seeking a part-time swim instructor to join our mission of teaching children to stay safe around water. You will lead fun, structured lessons aligned with our aquatics program, fostering confidence and basic swimming skills in students of all ages.

Successful candidates love kids, are upbeat, and can work weekend mornings and after-school hours. Training is provided, including lifeguard certification, with flexible scheduling to fit your commitments.

Qualifications

• Be a swimmer with understanding of strokes
• Love working with children and seeing progress
• Be upbeat and enjoy having fun at work
• Year-round position and longer-term commitment
• Able to work weekend mornings and start after-school hours
• Reliable transportation to Waterford Lakes locations

Responsibilities

• Teach students of all ages per the British Swim School program
• Provide safe, fun, structured lessons tailored to each student
• Assist with onboarding and training as part of the program
