Job summary

LifeNet Health, located in Plainfield, IN, seeks a Distribution Services Technician to pick, package, and ship human tissue orders with precision. The role supports regulatory requirements, with a 2:15PM–11:00PM shift and rotating weekends, and requires lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, package, and ship orders of human tissue according to SOP with high accuracy.
• Use RF technology, SAP and TMS for order pulling and packing.
• Ship all FedEx/UPS and courier packages; schedule local couriers as needed.
• Visually inspect materials for expiration dates or labeling issues.
• Record daily KPIs by hour and by day.
• Collaborate across teams to improve ordering processes.
