LifeNet Health in Plainfield, IN is seeking a Distribution Services Technician to pick, pack, and ship human allograft tissue with precision. You will use RF scanners, SAP, and a WMS to fulfill orders while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and collaboration across departments to optimize the ordering process; a High School Diploma and warehouse experience are required, with preference for SAP/WMS proficiency and Dangerous Goods

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Three years of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, package, and ship orders of human allograft tissue with high accuracy.
• Use RF handheld scanners and SAP/WMS to pull and pack orders.
• Ship packages via FedEx, UPS, and couriers; schedule local courier services.
• Inspect and communicate nonconforming materials or labeling issues.
• Record daily KPIs for orders pulled and grafts processed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve order flow.
