Job summary

AAA Life is seeking a Life Sales Agent to drive revenue by contacting warm leads and advising members on life insurance products. You will engage with members in branches and over the phone, assess financial needs, and present solutions that add value for customers and the company.

Outstanding communication, a self-motivated spirit, and a commitment to service are essential. Training and licensing support are provided, with competitive incentives and paid time off for personal and professional

Qualifications

• Be an effective communicator, both written and verbal.
• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database.
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.

Responsibilities Include:

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
• Sales experience is highly preferred
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
