Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Life Sales Agent to join our fast-paced, nationwide team. You will leverage warm leads, in-branch interactions, and our AAA products to drive life insurance sales and build lasting client relationships.

The role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, licensing support, and a track record of stability from a 120-year-old organization. Strong communication and drive to exceed monthly goals are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Make daily warm sales calls from the membership database.
• Engage with members in branches to discuss life insurance products.
• Identify member financial needs and explain benefits of life insurance products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client retention.

Responsibilities Include

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention

Qualifications

• Be an effective communicator, both written and verbal Spanish speaking preferred
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
• Sales experience is highly preferred
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
