Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises, a major AAA affiliate, seeks a Life Sales Agent to drive life insurance sales. You will make daily warm calls, engage members in branches, and identify financial needs to translate into insurance solutions, delivering excellent service and retention.

This role offers uncapped commissions, high earning potential, full training, and benefits to support your career growth in a fast-paced, nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal.
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred; life insurance licensing required or obtainable.
• High School Diploma required; college degree is an advantage.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License; strong sales drive.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention

Qualifications:

• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License

• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
