Job summary

AAA Life Insurance is seeking a motivated Life Sales Agent in California. You will make daily warm sales calls from a large membership database, engage with members visiting branches to discuss life insurance products, and identify members’ financial needs to explain the value and benefits of coverage.

This position offers 100K+ earning potential with uncapped commissions, paid training and licensing, and top agent incentives within a long-established organization famed for legendary service.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
• Computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Competitive sales drive to meet monthly goals.
• Prior insurance experience is a plus.
• Background/credit/drug screen clearance required.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention

Qualifications:

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
• Sales experience highly preferred
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $86,200 - $105,300 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
