Job summary

AAA is seeking a Life Sales Agent to connect with our large member base, promoting Life Insurance products and guiding clients through their financial needs. You will leverage warm leads, provide superb service, and work toward annual goals in a stable, well-established organization.

Expect comprehensive training, licensing support, and performance incentives within a 120-year legacy of member satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Computer experience with good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required; College degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Competitive sales drive to meet monthly goals.
• Prior insurance industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make daily warm sales calls from our membership database.
• Engage with members in branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identify the financial needs of our members and explain life insurance benefits.
• Provide excellent customer service and help with retention.

Responsibilities Include:

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database

• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products

• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention

Qualifications:

• Be an effective communicator, both written and verbal

• Spanish speaking preferred

• Have computer experience and good organizational skills

• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business

• Sales experience is highly preferred

• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus

• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License

• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals

• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.

• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
