Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor seeks an EHS Life Safety System Professional to lead end-to-end installation, testing, and sign-off of life safety infrastructure across Fab facilities in Taylor, Texas. You will ensure compliance with SEMI 2/8, OSHA, and local codes while coordinating with engineers, contractors, and trades to safeguard operations.

You will drive hazard evaluations, interlock validation, FAT/SAT, and maintenance planning, ensuring readiness for high-volume semiconductor production

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience on complex technical projects.
• Ability to interpret federal/state/local codes and requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead design efforts and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own project schedules and execution for LifeSafetySystems projects.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, stakeholders, and operations alignment.
• Track progress, milestones, constraints, dependencies, and risks.
• Manage reporting, dashboards, schedules, and leadership updates.
• Coordinate field walkthroughs, installations, testing, commissioning, operations.
• Provide cross-functional support to adapt to evolving priorities.
