The role supports field troubleshooting, documentation, and timely reporting. Candidates may advance with certifications; pay is tiered by experience and credentials, with full-time hours and rotating on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some related experience preferred.
• Ability to pass required drug screening.
• Relevant industry certifications are preferred (e.g., NICET, FEX, Backflow).
• Seattle FEX card or similar credentials are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test fire alarm, sprinkler, and life safety systems per NFPA standards.
• Perform annual, semi-annual, and quarterly inspections and testing.
• Identify and troubleshoot system issues and document findings.
• Complete accurate inspection reports and CRM notes and submit on time.
