Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a friendly, experienced Maintenance Director who specializes in life safety inspections, HVAC systems, and comprehensive facility maintenance within an environmental center setting. You will supervise the maintenance department, coordinate daily activities, ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations, and uphold sanitary, safe, and well‑maintained conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have life safety inspections experience in a facility environment.
• Experience supervising maintenance, housekeeping, and environmental services.
• Knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulations and building codes.
• LTC experience and familiarity with TELS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Environmental Services personnel and daily work to maintain service levels and control costs.
• Executes preventive maintenance programs and keeps records for compliance.
• Maintains center documentation, part replacements, and fuel supply records.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs per applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinates with staff and management on environmental service requests and infection prevention.
• Maintains electrical and mechanical equipment and reports serious issues to administration.
