Job summary

Life Enriching Communities seeks a Life Safety Coordinator at Wesley Glen in Columbus, OH. You will oversee safe operations, enforce policies, and protect residents, staff, and guests.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, CPR/AED/First Aid, a valid driver's license, and the ability to manage departmental budgets and schedules while coordinating safety programs across the campus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates purchasing for the department, administer itemized budget, and produce budgetary reports as needed.
• Handles all general administrative duties for campus wide Life Safety issues.
• Creates and coordinates daily departmental working schedule and serve as departmental timekeeper as needed.
• Must demonstrate knowledge for the basic operation of all areas of Life Safety, and when called upon, staff the Life Safety area when the schedule dictates.
• Assists in coordination of Life Safety programs and presentations (i.e., annual fire safety training, testing of fire extinguishes, etc.) throughout the campus.
• Maintains departmental meeting room requirements on electronic system.
• Other duties, as requested by Department Head.
