Responsibilities

• Assist with product implementation process on FBL administrative systems.
• Assist with new business and enforce product implementation process on FBL illustration systems; maintain rate books and reference manuals.
• Document and define administrative requirements, testing values, and review processes for implementations.
• Ensure compliance with laws by implementing accurate calculations and illustration projections.
• Input system tables and specifications; help develop administrative rules and procedures.
• Provide support for industry surveys and post-release validation activities.
• Respond to complex customer service requests promptly and courteously.
