Job summary

Accenture Life Insurance Consulting Managers lead critical workstreams across transformation programs for Life & Annuity value chains, translating objectives into actionable initiatives spanning operations, digital core modernization, and AI-enabled workflows.

They partner with senior client leaders to define future-state operating models, roadmaps, and delivery strategies while challenging current approaches and driving real value realization across underwriting, policy administration,

Qualifications

7+ years of consulting, carrier, or transformation experience in Life Insurance, Annuities, or related insurance.
Experience leading complex transformation and modernization programs with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to shape and sell engagements, manage stakeholders, and deliver value.
Hands-on experience in agile environments, serving as Product Owner or Product Manager.
Foundational knowledge of AI and Agentic AI in insurance with capability to design AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead critical business and technology workstreams across Life & Annuity transformation programs from strategy through execution.
Partner with client leaders to define transformation objectives and modernization roadmaps.
Redesign end-to-end workflows across Life & Annuity functions including underwriting, policy admin, servicing, and claims.
Identify how AI, automation, and emerging technologies improve performance and customer experience.
Design AI-enabled workflows with orchestration, data, controls, and value measures.
Translate priorities into actionable transformation plans connecting operations, data, and AI.
