In this role, you translate objectives into analyses, requirements, and actionable deliverables while collaborating across client and Accenture teams. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management consulting or life/annuities transformation experience.
• 1+ year of experience contributing to a transformation, modernization, or platform implementation program.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support business and technology workstreams from discovery through implementation and value realization
• Analyze current-state processes and develop future-state recommendations
• Design end-to-end workflows across the Life & Annuity value chain
• Develop requirements, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation-ready artifacts
• Support product management activities, including backlog refinement and value tracking
• Contribute to AI-enabled workflow design with human decision points and controls
• Connect business needs with digital core platforms, workflow, data, and integration
• Facilitate working sessions and track scope, risks, and adoption
• Develop client-ready analyses, roadmaps, business cases, and presentations
• Contribute to proposals and thought leadership
• Build trusted relationships across client and Accenture teams
• Travel up to 80% based on client/project requirements
