Job summary

Accenture is seeking Insurance Brokerage Management Consultants to help modernize core platforms, redesign operating models, and explore AI-enabled workflows. You will translate business objectives into analyses, designs, and deliverables across complex transformation programs.

In this role, you will own defined components of work, develop requirements, user stories, and implementation-ready artifacts, while supporting backlog refinement and value tracking. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management consulting or transformation experience, including experience within Brokerage
• 1+ year of contributing to a business or technology workstream within a transformation, modernization, or platform implementation program
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Support business and technology workstreams from discovery through implementation and value realization
• Analyze current-state processes and develop future-state recommendations
• Design end-to-end workflows across the Brokerage value chain
• Develop requirements, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other implementation-ready artifacts
• Support product management activities, including backlog refinement, prioritization, and value tracking
• Contribute to AI-enabled workflow design, including human decision points, controls, and value measures
• Connect business needs with digital core platforms, workflow, data, integration, and digital channels
• Facilitate working sessions and track scope, dependencies, risks, decisions, quality, and adoption
• Develop client-ready analyses, roadmaps, business cases, and presentations
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and reusable assets
• Build trusted working relationships across client and Accenture teams
• Travel up to 80% based on client and project requirements
