Responsibilities

• Be the Go-To Expert: collaborate with agents, carriers, and team members to submit, manage and place life insurance products.
• Tackle Case Management: push individual cases along by clearing requirements and coordinating with agents and carriers.
• Assist & Advise: provide quotes and options for cases moving to new carriers and answer questions.
• Keep Everything in Check: maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance and clear data flow.
• Build Strong Connections: develop meaningful relationships with agents, carriers, and staff.
