AIL representatives develop long term relationships with clients and meet them via zoom, or in their homes.

Duties

Accept and return customer phone calls

Respond to clients' request for coverages

Manage appointments with various clients

Identfy the needs of the client via our needs analysis system and represent their best interests

Create and explain individualied policies for each client

Learn from management teams and stay up to date on new products, services and policies.
