Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Life Sales Agent in California. You will make daily warm calls from our extensive member database and engage with members in-branch to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.

Build relationships by identifying financial needs and explaining benefits, while delivering outstanding service to support retention. Starting at an hourly rate of $28.85, successful trainees and full-time agents earn on average $86,200–$105,300 annually with uncapped commission

Qualifications

• Clear communication, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate systems.
• Self-motivated with a drive to build a profitable business.
• Sales experience is highly preferred; licensing is required or supported.

Responsibilities

• Make daily warm sales calls from a large membership database.
• Engage with members at branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identify member financial needs and explain life insurance benefits.
