Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is hiring Life Sales Agents in California. You will make daily warm calls from a large membership database, discuss AAA Life Insurance products with members in branches, and identify financial needs to translate the value of life coverage.

You will deliver excellent service to retain members and grow with a trusted 120-year-old organization. Starting hourly, with average annual earnings of $86,200–$105,300 after training, uncapped commissions apply for exceeding goals.

Qualifications

• Must be an effective written and verbal communicator.
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• High School Diploma required; College Degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Competitive sales drive to meet monthly goals.
• Prior insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Background, credit check, and drug screen.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database.
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.
