Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Life Sales Agent in California to join a nationally known, service-driven organization. You will engage warm leads, discuss AAA Life Insurance products, and identify members' financial needs while delivering legendary service.

Starting hourly pay is $28.85 with training; top performers average $86,200 to $105,300 annually with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal.
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Competitive sales drive to meet monthly goals.
• Prior insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database.
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.
