Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a career-minded sales agent to grow membership and life insurance sales in California. You will make daily warm calls from a large membership database and engage with members walking into branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.

The role emphasizes identifying member financial needs, translating benefits, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining retention. Training is provided; base hourly pay plus uncapped commissions are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database.
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.
