AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks an Life Specialist Trainee in Missouri to learn life insurance sales through comprehensive needs assessments and clear policy explanations. You will support members with forms, build relationships with staff and members, and identify opportunities to cross-sell while meeting regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with ACE Life Operations and AAA Life, providing timely quotes and accurate documentation while developing a personal business plan with the Life

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and state life insurance license requirements explained.
• 1-3 years insurance sales or sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Market life insurance policies to members in a high-volume environment and assess needs.
• Develop relationships with sales partners and train staff on lead development.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and provide policy quotes and assessments.
• Ensure all forms and paperwork meet industry and club regulations.
• Deliver service via in-person, phone, email, or correspondence and maintain documentation.
• Create a business plan with Life Sales Manager to meet goals and build relationships.
• Comply with ACE, AAA Life regulations and external rules.
• Coordinate with ACE Life Operations and AAA Life on underwriting and policy services.
