Primary Responsibilities

• Guide Clients Through Enrollment – Provide expert support throughout the enrollment process
• Respond to Client Inquiries – Address questions with professionalism, offering clarity and care
• Collaborate with Team Members – Work closely with your team to create a seamless client experience
• Maintain Accurate Records – Document all client interactions and enrollment activities meticulously
