Our renowned lead-based system connects you with each customer to better understand their needs and schedule daily appointments.
Insurance agents conduct risk assessments, provide rate estimates, and explain various policy types and coverage options based on each customer's needs.
Agents also offer ongoing support and guidance for existing customers and may assist with claims filing or policy renewals.
A background in business, insurance, or sales roles is preferred.
Licensing requirements apply for these roles.
Knowledge of insurance basics and regulations is beneficial.
Strong sales skills and good communication are assets.
Your responsibilities include calling on leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and providing suitable products and services.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Build relationships and maintain a strong focus on customer interaction.
Stay current with product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education.
Experience with CRM software, spreadsheets, and Google Suite is helpful.
