Compensation (Uncapped):

• Part Time: $50,000+
• Full Time: $125,000+
• Agency Builder: $150,000+

This is a 1099 / commission-based position.

Must be a US Citizen to apply. You can sell life insurance, build and own an agency (optional), or both!

SELLING:

• Our main focus is to help families get protected financially with life insurance!
• We also offer health and wealth products.
• We have a value-based, warm lead system!
• In other words, we sell ONLY to people who have already reached out and asked for help with life insurance.
• NO COLD CALLING NECESSARY.
• You can also help your family and friends set up their life insurance.
• You are not required to buy Symmetry leads.
• We are a "non-captive" agency.
• We are contracted with and sell products from 30+ top-rated insurance carriers like Mutual of Omaha, Americo, Gerber Life, and many more!
• This allows us to find the best prices and coverages for our clients.
• We primarily write simplified-issue / instant-decision products (no paramedical exam required).

The average application takes only 15 minutes, and commission payments can be as quick as 24 hours!

BUILDING (Optional):

• You have the opportunity to build and own your own agency if you choose to, but it is not required.
• There is no cost!

Day in the life of an average agent includes:

• Purchasing exclusive, warm leads from Symmetry's value-based lead program (OR sourcing clients through warm market / other preferred lead sources).
• Contacting those leads to gather information and set a time to meet again.
• Finding products from our 30+ carriers that best fit the clients' needs.
• Helping clients apply for their desired life insurance policies during your second meeting.
• (Optional) Find and help other like-minded individuals become successful life insurance agents!
