Job description

We are looking to grow our agency with highly driven and motivated individuals, who have the desire to pursue life insurance sales, while building and managing their own business portfolio of clients.

As a virtual life insurance agent at our agency, you will have the opportunity to build your own network of clients through our one-of-a-kind insurance sales platform.

With access to 60 top insurance carriers' products and resources, our agents can ensure each client experience is customized to meet their specific needs.

You will have access to our renowned lead-based system, connecting with each customer to better understand their needs and schedule daily appointments.

Insurance agents conduct risk assessments, provide rate estimates, and explain various policy types and coverage information based on each customer's needs.

Agents also provide ongoing support and guidance for existing customers and may assist with filing claims or policy renewals.

A background in business, insurance, or sales roles is preferred.

These roles require licensing.

In-depth knowledge of insurance basics and regulations is helpful.

Strong sales capabilities and good communication skills are assets.

Responsibilities include calling on leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and providing suitable products and services.

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Build strong relationships with each customer.

Stay current with product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education.

Experience with CRM software, spreadsheets, and Google Suite is helpful.

Demonstrate leadership, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Possess a strong work ethic and good people skills.
