We are looking to expand our agency with highly driven and motivated individuals who have a desire to pursue a career in life insurance sales while building and managing their own client portfolio.
As a virtual life insurance agent, you will have the opportunity to develop your own network of clients through our unique insurance sales platform.
Our agency provides access to products from 60 top insurance carriers, allowing you to customize each client experience to meet their specific needs.
You will utilize our renowned lead-based system to connect with customers, understand their needs, and schedule daily appointments.
Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, providing rate estimates, explaining various policy types and coverage options, offering ongoing support, assisting with claims filing, and policy renewals.
Preferred candidates will have a background in business, insurance, or sales roles, and must meet licensing requirements.
Knowledge of insurance basics and regulations, strong sales skills, and excellent communication abilities are assets.
Your duties will involve calling leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and recommending appropriate products and services.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options, emphasizing relationship-building and customer satisfaction.
Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continue your education.
Experience with CRM software, spreadsheets, and Google Suite is helpful.
