Qualifications

• Active P&C and life & health licenses in Oregon.
• Ability to build relationships from a cold start.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and regulations.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Driven and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Follow our proven sales methodology and lead management processes.
• Call and meet with prospective customers using telephone, lead management systems, and internet tools.
• Develop appropriate coverage plans based on client needs and expectations.
• Grow your book of business through available technologies.
