Qualifikationen

• Active P&C license in Oregon.
• Proven commercial insurance sales experience.
• Strong ability to build relationships from a cold start.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Multitasking and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Follow our proven sales methodology and lead management processes.
• Call and meet with prospective customers using phones, lead management systems, and internet tools.
• Develop coverage plans based on client needs and expectations.
• Grow your book of business through available technologies.
