Job summary

National Life Group is seeking a detail‑oriented after‑issue servicing professional to process policy changes, ensure accuracy, and maintain confidentiality. The role collaborates with producers, policy owners, and home office units to complete servicing requests while adhering to contractual provisions and state regulations.

The position currently offers an onsite schedule with four days per week in the office (Mon–Thu core days).

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Completion of LOMA FLMI Level 1 Courses 280 and 290 within the first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze policy owner or field requests by reviewing product specs, contract language, rate books, and agent guides.
• Review requests for completeness and communicate missing requirements to agents or owners.
• Order underwriting requirements, including medical exams, RX reports, MIB, and other evidence.
• Process submitted transactions accurately within service standards.
• Perform final review of policy changes and calculate premium impacts.
• Update systems to complete policy changes and maintain records.
• Support audits and respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Identify and communicate potential issues to teams.
