Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the life insurance industry.
• 2+ years in an operations supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of operational controls, QA, and SLA/KPI management.
• Experience in BPS/shared services or outsourcing environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily life insurance processes and SLAs, monitoring workloads and performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop an operations team; conduct performance reviews.
• Provide subject-matter guidance on policy administration and servicing.
• Monitor quality, controls, and compliance; support audits and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
