Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with diverse groups.
• Ability to work on own initiative and meet tight deadlines.
• Open office environment with senior management from various departments.

Responsibilities

• Determine methods to analyze operations and data.
• Identify requirements and develop new processes to enhance operations.
• Establish and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and review company policies.
• Analyze data to identify business opportunities.
• Review and test systems for conformance to requirements.
• Review plan codes are set up properly in LSP per policy.
• Complete policy changes/updates as needed.
• Complete special projects and tasks as assigned.
