Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Documentation & Case Management: maintain documentation of processes, ensure accurate application records, support scanning and data entry, communicate updates.
• New Business Support: follow up with carriers on status of new business apps and fund transfers, keep Salesforce up to date, assist with intake and routing.
• Process Improvement & Training: participate in training on systems and procedures, provide onboarding feedback.
