Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License.
• Background in life insurance sales, telesales, or financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and self-management skills.
• Desire for high earning potential and agency ownership.

Responsibilities

• Consult with warm, high-intent leads to assess coverage needs and present suitable life insurance solutions.
• Submit applications and manage the full sales cycle from consultation to policy placement.
• Assist with pipeline and relationship management, underwriting, and policy delivery.
• Optional growth path: recruit, mentor, and lead your own team of producers using our recruiting system.
