Job summary

Nova Web Technologies LLC is seeking four detail-oriented Shared Services Commissions Analysts in Dallas for an in-person role. You will prepare and process commissions, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accurate records and supporting advisors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has a Finance/Business/Math/Accounting background with 2–4 years in Life Insurance or Financial Services, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Life Insurance or Financial Services.
• Strong accounting and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process commission payments accurately and within established deadlines.
• Review and reconcile monthly commission statements from multiple insurance carriers.
• Research and resolve commission discrepancies and urgent payment requests.
• Maintain accurate commission payout grids and related documentation.
• Respond to questions and inquiries related to commission payments.
• Research licensing and contracting information.
• Research and understand commission structures and processes across multiple insurance carriers and products.
• Document and communicate carrier commission processes to advisors and internal team members.
• Serve as a liaison between advisors, relationship managers, insurance carriers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate commission records and supporting documentation.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
