Zinnia is seeking a Life Insurance Case Manager to own a caseload from application to underwriting. You will interact with clients, obtain underwriting requirements, and review decisions to optimize outcomes.

You’ll master carrier workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience. Ideal candidates have a customer-centric mindset, 1+ year life insurance experience, and excellent communication with attention to detail.

• Own and manage an individual caseload of in-process life insurance applications from submission to placement.

• Collaborate with sales, customer service, customer success and QA to ensure a seamless customer experience.
