Job summary

Covr Technologies is seeking a Consumer Application Fulfillment Specialist I to manage client communications and support insurance applications. You will verify information, track cases, and assist with signatures and documentation to finalize submissions.

The role requires sharp attention to detail, solid clerical experience, and strong service skills, with an onsite location in Houston and a standard M-F schedule, occasionally flexible to business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years clerical and/or administrative experience.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably by phone.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound written and verbal communications with clients seeking insurance.
• Handle incoming emails and phone calls to collect and verify client information.
• Manage case follow-ups through a task management system and support completion of applications.
• Send reminders for personal history interviews and assist with signature process.
