High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Sales Professionals

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managed sales agents who excel in a high-end insurance environment and do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate financial gains.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require constant guidance and support.

• Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego that hinders growth.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month on average.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow our proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not operate lead assistance programs. Instead, we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources to support our agents' success. We are currently looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
