High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. If you thrive independently and are confident in your abilities, we want to hear from you.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money out of desperation.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who can articulate effectively.

• Agents comfortable presenting high premium products, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company focused on low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
