Job Overview

Welcome to the Biltagi Agency. We are seeking positive, coachable, motivated individuals to join our team. Our agents protect American families and their assets by providing suitable insurance products.

Position Details:

• 1099 Commission-based position
• Remote, work from home
• Commissions paid DAILY
• We generate our own leads
• Weekly corporate calls
• Full control over your schedule and income
• Ongoing mentorship and training
• Bonuses and incentive trips

Our agents call warm leads from families who have requested contact to discuss Mortgage Protection—NO COLD CALLING OR DOOR KNOCKING. Responsibilities include generating quotes, discussing coverage options, and following our proven sales system. No previous sales experience is required; training will be provided. This position allows for part-time start, with potential to build to full-time income.

Requirements:

• English speaking or bilingual
• Licensed or willing to obtain license (Life License is a MUST; Accident & Health License recommended)
• Phone, internet, and computer
• 18 years of age or older
• E&O Insurance
• US citizen
