Summary

As a Life Insurance Sales Agent, you will help clients understand their coverage options, recommend appropriate life insurance products, and guide them through the application process. You’ll also build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients (in-person or virtual) to assess needs
• Present and explain life insurance options clearly and accurately
• Quote policies, complete applications, and support clients through underwriting
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking and referrals
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and insurance regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support to clients

Qualifications

• Life insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain licensing)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Sales experience is a plus (but not required—training provided)
• Reliable, coachable, and committed to ethical selling
