Job summary

Business Athletes Association is seeking a Life Insurance Agent to grow our client base and onboard new clients. This role focuses on an asset protection and insurance benefits portfolio for local and regional organizations, including public agencies.

The ideal candidate will generate sales through networking, referrals, PR marketing, and social media, with no cold calling or lead purchasing. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Client service experience as a sales representative a plus.
• Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus

Responsibilities

• Determine new customers' insurance needs, desires, and financial standing via booked consultations.
• Address requests in a prompt and friendly manner, including inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and policies.
• Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process and supervise progress of current claims.
• Manage electronic and paper records and ensure contracting paperwork is kept current.
