Life Insurance Trainee - Training & Mentorship Provided

Start building a career in life insurance with training, mentorship, and support to help you develop your skills.

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Trainees. You’ll learn how to work directly with prospective clients, understand their insurance needs, explain available coverage options, and help individuals and families make informed decisions about protecting their financial future.

You’ll receive training and ongoing mentorship as you develop your sales, communication, and client relationship skills.

Your day-to-day work will include speaking with prospective clients, identifying their needs, explaining life insurance options, answering questions, following up with prospects, and building long-term client relationships.

We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys helping people, is coachable, dependable, and motivated to build a career based on their own performance.

Flexible scheduling is available.

Candidates must already have a life insurance license or currently be in the process of obtaining one.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+
