A'lan Edmonson - State Farm Agent in Washington, DC seeks a motivated life insurance specialist to join on a part-time basis. You will focus on helping customers understand their life insurance needs and identify coverage options to protect loved ones.

You will work with existing and prospective clients, conduct needs-based conversations, guide applicants through the application process, and build relationships through consultative sales while pursuing performance-based rewards.

Qualificações

• Active Life and Health license preferred; ability to obtain licensing may be considered.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable prospecting, following up with leads, and asking for the sale.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a sales pipeline independently.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally and financially.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify life insurance needs and protection gaps.
• Educate customers on life insurance products and coverage options.
• Develop opportunities from existing customers, leads, referrals, and campaigns.
• Proactively contact and follow up with prospective customers by phone, text, and email.
• Prepare and present life insurance quotes based on customer needs and goals.
• Guide customers through the application and underwriting process.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with applicants and prospective customers.
• Build relationships that generate referrals and opportunities.
• Maintain records of conversations and follow-up and meet activity goals.
• Follow insurance regulations, licensing requirements, and agency procedures.
