Monica Meyers - State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified Life Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member to market Life/Health insurance services and products to families and individuals. You will leverage sales experience to grow income while providing compassionate support and reassurance.

As a strategic and empathetic advisor to the community, we aim to expand our successful agency with your skills in sales, service, and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of life insurance sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Active life insurance license(s) as required by state/region.
• Deep understanding of term, whole, universal, variable products.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting processes and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients for life insurance products.
• Conduct needs analysis and provide customized insurance solutions.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to clients.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to policy issuance.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing service and renewals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with underwriters and support teams to facilitate policy processing.
