Job summary

Alchemy Financial Group is hiring for a field-based life insurance sales role in your local area. No prior insurance experience is required, and you will receive structured virtual instruction, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support.

As an independent contractor, you’ll work roughly 70% in the field and 30% remotely, meeting families to assess needs, explain options, and complete applications. Licensing is required, with training and lead programs provided during the first months.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor (1099)
• Commission-based compensation with no base salary
• LICENSING: state insurance license required; licensing costs explained before onboarding

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess insurance needs
• Explain available life insurance options clearly and professionally
• Follow up with prospects by phone, video, and in person
• Complete applications accurately and comply with carrier requirements
• Maintain an organized schedule with consistent weekly activity
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability
